*** PLEASE READ ALL THE RULES AND PURCHASE DIRECTIONS BELOW BEFORE SIGNING UP & PAYING***

• The Spirit Rock can be reserved on a daily basis for $10. 
• Make sure the number of days you are renting the rock match the quantity in your cart. (For example, if you want to rent the rock for 3 days, add 3 to your cart for a total of $30).
• You are allowed to rent the rock for up to 5 days at a time.  
• Your rental begins at 6 pm the day BEFORE your rental date and ends at 6 pm on the day of rental. (For example, if you sign up to rent the rock for Wed, August 13th, you may paint the rock starting at 6pm on Tuesday, August 12th and it will stay all day on the day of the rental, or until someone paints over it).
• Reservation requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis.  
• Please sign up for the date(s) you wish, and make payment at the time of reservation.  Unpaid reservations cannot be honored and your slot will be canceled.
• Please put your reservation date(s) on your personal calendar.  Refunds will not be given if you forget to paint the rock on your reserved date(s).
• Spirit Rock reservations are managed by WKE PTO and funds are used to fund PTO events, purchases, and projects at White Knoll Elementary School.  Thank you for supporting the PTO!
• The school/PTO does NOT supply painting materials and does not paint the rock for you, so don't forget to bring your own paint. It usually takes 3-4 cans of Spray Paint to do a good base cover (more, especially if you are painting over a dark color).  The best kind of paint to use for writing words and doing designs is just regular acrylic paint that you'd buy in the little bottles at Walmart or Hobby Lobby and use a paint brush.  No need to seal it! 
• No profanity, obscenity, vulgarity, or inappropriate words or pictures of any kind are allowed.  All paintings are subject to normal school conduct parameters and the discretion of the WKE administration and PTO. Anything inappropriate or offensive will be painted over without notice and no refunds will be given.
